Elegant City Hall Wedding

View More Photos

Monica and Zach’s classic Cleveland City Hall wedding was absolutely beautiful and romantic. Their wedding was accented with blush, cream and gold. City Hall was decorated beautifully with a fully covered floral arch, gold chiffon chairs and tall floral décor accents. The couple shared the beautiful wedding with their friends and family, with the night ending with a perfect sunset. Sabrina Hall Photography was there to capture the beautiful moments of their wedding day.

Monica was doing an internship across from a coffee shop where Zach occasionally grabs coffee. One day, Monica saw him talking to an acquaintance of hers and realized how cute Zach was, so she decided to say hello. A few weeks later, she got his number from her mutual acquaintance and texted him to set up their first date. After going on a bike ride, they were approaching a special spot where Zach sped up and pretended to have a flat tire. He quickly got down on one knee and proposed to Monica.

The couple wanted a classic, elegant wedding, which they easily achieved at the City Hall Rotunda. It was very important to the couple to stay organized, which they achieved by have a very intense and detailed spreadsheet for every aspect of the wedding. Monica credited this plan to having a stress-free wedding.

The flowers for the day were absolutely stunning! The flower arch was such a special part of the day and the couple was able to use it for both their reception and ceremony. Each table was decorated in gorgeous florals and greenery, which were designed by Nikki’s Perfect Petals.

Something that is very important to the couple is riding their bikes together, which they incorporated by giving out bicycle bottle openers to their guests as a favor. They also incorporated their love for cycling by having an amazing cake topper: a tandem bicycle being ridden by the bride and groom. Wild Flour made the couple an amazing cake, with pink flowers on the bottom tier and textured white frosting on the top three.

The couple’s favorite part of their wedding was at one point during the reception, when Zach and Monica decided to go to the second floor balcony to take everything in, which was a very special moment!
