Styled Romance from Lindsey Mae Designs and Blush Creative

View More Photos

Romance abounds in today's beautifully colorful styled shoot in Downtown Knoxville.  Flexing her interior design muscles, Lindsey with Lindsey Mae Designs used bold blues, plums, lavender, and succulents mixed with both modern and vintage details and lush florals to bring her vision to life.  From the wood floor to the vintage walls,  natural elements and purple details make this shoot an absolute dream!

Lindsey teamed up with local businesses, including Blush Creative Photography, Prestige Tuxedo, and The Gilded Gown to create this fun and whimiscal shoot.  Check out our favorites below and be sure to browse the full gallery above for more colorful wedding inspiration.

From the designer:  "When coming up with a vision for our styled shoot I wanted to create something that was different then most shoots you see this season! The Standard was the perfect venue with the natural wood floors & the vintage walls. When my ideas started coming together I was looking outside the boxes of normal flowers to find what would come in shades of purple."

Purple chargers are a bold choice but pairing them with soft vintage china tones down the color and gives the perfect pop of color on top of the lavender linen.  I love the mixture of vintage bottles and goblets peppered thorughout the tablescape setting!

Different hues of purple shine through in the succulents while cabbage, greenery, and an array of wildflowers helped to create the perfect natural feel in the floral arrangements.

The Gilded Gown knocked it out of the park (as always!) with this gorgeous chiffon dress that fit the model to a T! With a simple design and gorgeous layers, this dress is the touch of classic elegance needed to tie everything together.

Navy Suits and Tuxes are so popular right now but a well-cut slim gray tuxedo is a classic way to go against the current trends while still staying in style. Prestige paired the gray with a soft lavender shirt to complete the look.

To finish up the set up, Lindsey wanted to use a cake alternative.  She believes that doughnuts are the new cupcakes and we couldn't agree more! She grabbed a handful of blueberry donuts from Makers Donuts and displayed them on her vintage cake table.  We're pretty obsessed with the floral cake stand that she choseas well!
