Romantic Outdoor Engagement Session by Rachel Allen, LLC

The couple, Jon and Becca, look like they belong in front of the camera. Not only are they a captivating couple, but their style is amazing! I love the transition in the photos from a casual look, to a more dressed up and refined one. Needless to say, this romantic outdoor engagement session by Rachel Allen, LLC is truly stunning. Jon and Becca look so natural, and so in love! Located in Idaho, the outside setting is perfect for a romantic and rustic engagement session. If you are a hopeless romantic like me, you will love the proposal story told by Rachel below.

The Proposal: On a beautiful fall morning, which also happened to be Jon’s birthday, Jon and Rebecca hit the road to Fairfield to spend the day. Jon wanted to revisit a bridge they had stood upon on their third date. They both wished they had gotten a picture on the bridge, where they nearly shared their first kiss. However, the kiss was reserved for another time and the bridge was reserved for something bigger than a first kiss.

Once they arrived at the bridge, Jon set up his phone on a tripod and set a timer with a continuous shutter for about 20 seconds. He asked Rebecca to move to the side in order to position her into the frame. However, she declined and insisted she stand on the side she was on because it was her “better side.” He didn’t argue with her and instead went and stood next to her. He turned to her and said, “I’m really not sure how to do this but…” Just then, he dropped to one knee and asked, “will you marry me?” Rebecca gasped as her jaw dropped wide open. She covered her mouth and began to cry with joy. As he slid the ring on her finger, she happily said, “yes!”

Doesn’t that just make your heart melt a little bit?
