Traditional Indian Wedding

Traditional Indian Wedding by Gold Hat Photography

I am so in love with this vibrant, traditional-meets-modern Indian wedding by Gold Hat Photography! The bride, Dharini, looks absolutely stunning in her traditional sahri and decorative jewelry. I love how all the different textures and patterns combine to create a beautiful, unique palette for this wedding! The groom, David, looks sharp in a modern charcoal grey slim-fit suit. The attractive duo were wed in The Banjo Paterson Cottage, which is set in acres of parkland overlooking the water. Below the cottage is a private jetty, where a private water taxi came to whisk the bridal party off to Cockatoo Island.

Words from the photographer:

Cockatoo Island is a former convict prison and shipyard situated in the Sydney Harbour. It is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. It was here that Mark from Gold Hat Photography took some creative and interesting bridal photos – a very enjoyable part of the wedding day.

Dharini was super relaxed the whole wedding. Her and David did not fret about the details, and took a very laid back attitude to the whole day. This made family, guests and the wedding photographer all very relaxed too!

Enjoy!
